Special and/or sensitive personal data that I process
My website and/or service does not intend to collect data on website visitors who are under 16 years of age. Unless they have parental or guardian permission. However, I cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16. I therefore advise parents to be involved in their children’s online activities to avoid collecting data about children without parental consent. For what purpose and on the basis of which basis do I process personal data?
Bundelt processes your personal data for the following purposes:
– To be able to call or e-mail you if this is necessary for me to carry out my services.
– Bundelt also processes personal data if I am legally obliged to do so, such as data I need for my tax declaration.

Automated decision making
Bundelt does not make decisions on the basis of automated processing that could have (significant) consequences for individuals. These are decisions made by computer programs or systems, without a human being (for example me) being involved.

How long I keep personal data
Bundelt does not keep your personal data longer than strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data is collected.

Sharing personal data with third parties
Bundelt shares your personal data with various third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the agreement and to meet a possible legal obligation. With companies that process your data on my behalf, I conclude a processor’s agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Bundelt remains responsible for these processes. Bundelt also provides your personal data to other third parties such as the hosting party of the website sent. I will only do so with your express permission which you have given e.g. when submitting a form.

Viewing, modifying, or deleting data
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your possible consent for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Bundelt and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can request me to send the personal data I have on you in a computer file to you or another organization named by you.

To make sure that the request for inspection was made by you, I ask you to send a copy of your identity document with the request. Make in this copy your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) black. This is to protect your privacy. I will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks.
