Consultant, trainer and developer Jolien Posthumus

There are various possibilities for the applicability of mindfulness in educational and Health & Wellbeing programs. For museums and galleries, I develop and train bespoke Mindfulness Based Programs, workshops and cultural interventions.

Mindfulness and Art contribute to the well-being of everyone. Mindfulness and Art offer you a different perspective and awaken your curiosity and create space to wonder, learn and discover.

With the input of an extensive preliminary meeting, we map out the ideas and wishes. I connect the dotes with Mindfulness, Deep Democracy, the 5 ways to well-being, and with scientific insights in the field of psychology, education, neuroscience and (trauma informed) polyvagal theory.

In addition to guiding exercises and providing education, mindfulness-based inquiry is the most important method that I use as a trainer in the programs.
